Do you have budget or workload constraints that prevent you getting on-site as often as you would like?
I can help with that.
helping FOREST MANAGERS
We all know that going on site is the best part of the job. You get to see the pay-off from all that planning work and experience the satisfaction of seeing that you were right after all: it really did need to be done that way (or not, as the case may turn out to be).
Unfortunately, workloads and the constraints of managing the budget and work in progress costs (WIP) can result in less frequent site checks than desirable.
Fear not, I can help with your site management.
My experience with managing forest operations means that I am able to check work quality and site safety procedures, audit contractors using FISA checklists to satisfy UKWAS requirements, deliver site documents to contractors, monitor water quality and other impacts, collect planting stock for viability testing and obtain photographs and GPS data for your records.
After the visit, I will issue a professional site report that is despatched promptly by email, together with the supporting documents that you require.
Weekend and out-of-hours visits are no problem and do not cost extra.
More often than not, we can agree a fixed-price for the work that will help to deliver your budget, protect your margins and result in a satisfied client.
